Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

General Terms (Logia Insights)

These terms apply to all Logia Insights products and services. Product-specific terms follow below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Logia Insights product or service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Product-specific terms (such as for Website Health) are incorporated into these Terms where applicable.

2. Account Registration and Security

Some features require account registration. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Email Verification: You must verify your email address before accessing certain features. Verification links expire after 72 hours (or the period stated in the verification email). If you do not verify your email, your account access may be limited.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): We offer optional two-factor authentication for enhanced account security. If you enable 2FA, you are responsible for maintaining access to your authentication device. We are not liable for any loss of access resulting from loss of your authentication device.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Age Requirement: The Service is not directed to children under 13, and you may not create an account or use the Service if you are under 13. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Use the Service for purposes you are not authorized for (product-specific rules, e.g., scanning websites you do not own, are in the product terms below)
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Resell or redistribute reports without authorization
  • Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

User-Generated Content and Images: You may upload profile pictures and other images to your personal account space. You are solely responsible for all images and content you upload, including profile pictures. We are unable to automatically filter images for obscene, harmful, profane, or vulgar material. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for ensuring all images you upload comply with these Terms of Service and applicable laws
  • You are responsible for the images uploaded by you and your colleagues to your personal space
  • We reserve the right to manually review images and will delete any content that is harmful, profane, vulgar, or otherwise violates these Terms
  • You participate at your own risk and should not accept invitations from users you do not know
  • We are not liable for any content uploaded by you or other users in your organization

4. Workspaces and Team Collaboration

Workspace Creation: When you create an account, you must create or join a workspace (organization) to access paid features. A workspace allows multiple team members to collaborate.

Workspace Creation Limit: Each user account is limited to creating a base maximum of 3 workspaces. You can earn additional workspace slots by upgrading workspaces to paid plans: each paid workspace where you are a superadmin grants you 3 additional workspace creation slots. For example, if you have 1 paid workspace as superadmin, you can create up to 6 workspaces total (3 base + 3 bonus). If you need to create more workspaces beyond this limit, please contact us. We assess increases on a case-by-case basis.

Workspace Abuse and Gaming: You may not abuse or game the workspace creation system to bypass subscription limits or gain access to features without paying. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Creating multiple workspaces to circumvent paid plan limits or avoid subscription fees
  • Creating workspaces with the primary intent of avoiding subscription fees or plan limitations
  • Creating workspaces that are not used for legitimate business purposes
  • Any pattern of workspace creation that we determine, in our sole discretion, constitutes an attempt to game or abuse the system

Workspace Abuse Detection and Enforcement: We employ automated systems to detect suspicious workspace creation patterns. All suspicious behavior is flagged for manual review by our administrators before any enforcement action is taken.

If we detect a pattern of workspace abuse or gaming, we reserve the right to:

  • Block your ability to create new workspaces
  • Suspend or delete unused or abusive workspaces
  • Require you to consolidate workspaces or upgrade to appropriate subscription plans
  • Suspend or terminate your account
  • Take any other action we deem necessary to prevent abuse

Workspace Membership: You can be a member of multiple workspaces. Each workspace has its own subscription, reports, and settings. You can switch between workspaces at any time.

Team Roles and Permissions: Workspaces support role-based access control with the following roles:

  • Super Admin: Full control over workspace settings, billing, member management, and all content
  • Admin: Can manage workspace settings, members, and content (except billing)
  • Editor: Can create and edit content
  • Viewer: Can view content but cannot create or edit

Workspace Invitations: Workspace admins and superadmins can invite team members by email. Invitations expire after a set period. When you accept an invitation, you become a member of that workspace with the role assigned by the inviter. You are responsible for accepting invitations only from trusted sources.

Workspace Management: Only workspace admins and superadmins can manage workspace settings, including member roles, workspace name, logo, and subscription settings. Superadmins have exclusive access to billing and subscription management. Product-specific limits (e.g., website limits) are described in the product terms below.

5. Account and Workspace Deletion

Account Deletion: You may permanently delete your account at any time through your account settings. Account deletion applies across all Logia Insights applications. When you delete your account:

  • Your account profile, personal information, and login credentials are permanently deleted
  • Your personal content (not linked to any workspace) is permanently deleted
  • Content you created within workspaces that have other members are preserved for the workspace (your authorship link is removed)
  • Your membership in all workspaces is removed
  • Any active personal subscriptions are cancelled

Authority Transfer Before Account Deletion: If you are the only Super Admin of a workspace with other members, you must elect a new Super Admin before deleting your account. If you are the only Admin (but not Super Admin) of a workspace with other members, you must transfer the Admin role to another member. If you are the sole member of a workspace, that workspace and all its data will be permanently deleted along with your account.

Workspace Deletion: Only Super Admins may delete a workspace. Workspace deletion requires password confirmation and typing the workspace name to confirm. When a workspace is deleted:

  • All workspace data, including reports, content, team memberships, and settings, is permanently deleted
  • Any active subscription for the workspace is immediately cancelled to prevent future charges
  • All workspace members are removed and notified by email
  • This action cannot be undone

Data Retention After Deletion: When an account or workspace is deleted, we retain limited metadata (such as email address, name, account identifier, role, and dates of account creation and deletion) for record-keeping, fraud prevention, abuse detection, legal compliance, and business analytics purposes. This metadata does not include passwords, payment details, or content. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely as described in our Privacy Policy and product-specific terms. All other personal data and content is permanently removed.

Subscription Cancellation on Deletion: If a workspace with an active paid subscription is deleted (either directly or as a result of account deletion), the subscription is cancelled immediately. No refunds are provided for the remaining portion of the billing period. You are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before deleting a workspace or account if you wish to avoid being billed for the current period.

6. Intellectual Property

Service Ownership: The Service, including but not limited to its software, design, features, content, logos, trademarks, reports, algorithms, and documentation, is owned by Logia Insights and its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Software: The Service uses Google Lighthouse for performance analysis, Core Web Vitals metrics, and accessibility audits. Google Lighthouse is licensed under the Apache License 2.0. Copyright © Google LLC and contributors. Lighthouse is available at https://github.com/GoogleChrome/lighthouse.

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to your website content, URLs, and any data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit the content you provide.

License to Us: By submitting URLs, website content, or other materials to the Service, you grant Logia Insights a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Access, crawl, and analyze the submitted URLs and content solely for the purpose of providing the Service
  • Generate reports based on the analysis of your submitted content
  • Store and process your data as necessary to provide and improve the Service
  • Use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement, analytics, benchmarking, and anonymized datasets (as described in our Privacy Policy and product-specific terms)
  • Retain anonymized aggregate metrics (scores, issue counts, category breakdowns) after you delete content, as described in product-specific terms

Report Ownership: Reports and content generated by the Service are provided to you for your use. You may download, share, and use them for your business purposes. However, the underlying analysis methods, algorithms, and templates remain the property of Logia Insights.

Restrictions: You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service or reports for commercial purposes beyond your own use
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the Service or reports
  • Use the Service or reports to build a competing service

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Results or reports will identify all issues or achieve specific outcomes
  • Following recommendations will achieve specific results
  • Reports or outputs are accurate, complete, or reliable
  • All issues will be detected by automated scans or tools
  • Issue thumbnails or other visual captures will be generated, stored, or displayed for every eligible finding, URL, or report run
  • Any AI-assisted or chat-based response is accurate, complete, appropriate, reliable, or suitable for your situation

Accuracy Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our outputs. Automated tools cannot catch every issue, and results may vary. Our reports and outputs are informational tools designed to assist with evaluation, but they should not be considered a substitute for professional audits, legal compliance reviews, certifications, or other professional services.

AI, language models, and third-party providers: Some features—including AI Help (the in-product conversational assistant), certain AI-generated summaries or insights, and other AI-assisted outputs—may rely on third-party artificial intelligence or large language model (LLM) services. Those providers and models are not operated solely by us and may process inputs and generate outputs according to their own systems and policies. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Logia Insights and its affiliates (including Pentecost AI LLC) disclaim responsibility and make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, quality, appropriateness, safety, or fitness for a particular purpose of any AI-generated or model-generated content. Such content may be incorrect, incomplete, misleading, biased, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable. You agree that you will not rely on AI or chat outputs as legal, medical, financial, security, accessibility, compliance, or other professional advice, and you will independently verify any information before acting on it. Do not share sensitive information in AI or chat inputs (including passwords, API keys, payment card numbers, personal health information, government identifiers, regulated data, confidential business information, or other information you are not permitted to share with third-party processors). You are solely responsible for what you submit. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from or relating to third-party AI or LLM behavior, model output, service outages, data handling by those providers beyond what our Privacy Policy describes, or your reliance on AI-generated content, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Marketing and Promotional Statistics: From time to time we may display statistics on our website or in the Service—such as aggregate figures for issues found, pages checked, and total reports generated—for marketing and illustrative purposes. These figures are not audited or independently verified. We do not represent that they are consistently accurate or current.

Our outputs are informational and should not be considered legal, compliance, or professional advice. You should independently verify any findings and consult with qualified professionals as needed.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PENTECOST AI LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Costs of substitute services
  • Business interruption or loss of goodwill
  • Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
  • Damages resulting from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in reports
  • Damages resulting from errors, omissions, or unsuitability in AI-generated or chat-assisted responses, or from reliance on third-party language-model outputs
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Total Liability Cap: Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service, regardless of the form of action (whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise), shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Essential Purpose: The limitations and exclusions in this section apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Basis of Bargain: You acknowledge and agree that the limitations of liability set forth in this section are an essential element of the basis of the bargain between you and Logia Insights and that Logia Insights would not provide the Service to you absent such limitations.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Logia Insights, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service
  • Your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses. You agree not to settle any matter subject to indemnification without our prior written consent.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including but not limited to:

  • Features, functionality, and capabilities of the Service
  • User interface and design elements
  • Report formats and content
  • Subscription plans and pricing
  • Availability and access to the Service

Notice of Changes: For material changes that negatively affect paid subscribers (such as removal of features, significant price increases, or service discontinuation), we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account. For free users, we may make changes without prior notice.

Service Availability: We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily interrupt service.

Discontinuation: If we discontinue the Service or your subscription plan, we will provide reasonable notice and, for paid subscribers, may offer a prorated refund or alternative solution at our discretion.

No Obligation: We have no obligation to maintain, support, update, or provide error corrections for the Service, except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms of Service at any time in our sole discretion. We may make changes for various reasons, including to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, or business practices.

Notice of Material Changes: For material changes to these Terms (such as changes to payment terms, cancellation policies, or liability limitations), we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account and/or by posting a prominent notice on our website.

Effective Date: The "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms indicates when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Your Rights: If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service and cancel your subscription (if applicable) before the changes take effect. If you cancel due to material changes, you may be entitled to a prorated refund for the remainder of your billing period, subject to our refund policy.

Review Terms: We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective will be deemed acceptance of those changes.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction: You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, USA. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

Dispute Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 60 days, you may proceed with formal legal proceedings.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and that you will not participate in, or seek to bring, any class, collective, or representative action against Logia Insights.

Time Limitation: Any claim you may have against Logia Insights must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or such claim is forever barred.

13. Miscellaneous

Term: These Terms of Service shall remain in effect indefinitely, subject to the continued operation and existence of Logia Insights. The term "indefinitely" means for as long as Logia Insights continues to operate as a going concern. In the event that Logia Insights ceases operations, dissolves, liquidates, or otherwise terminates its business operations, these Terms shall automatically terminate, and all obligations and rights hereunder shall cease, except for those provisions that by their nature are intended to survive termination.

Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Logia Insights regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.

Privacy, Data Processing, and International Transfers: Our collection, use, retention, subprocessors, and international transfer safeguards are described in our Privacy Policy. If your organization needs a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) or our current named subprocessor list, see our Subprocessors and DPA Requests page.

Copyright and Takedown Notices: If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us with enough information for us to review the claim, including the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material or URL, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, and a statement that the information you provide is accurate. We may remove or disable access to material while we review a notice.

Beta and Preview Features: We may offer features labeled beta, preview, experimental, or early access. These features may be changed, limited, suspended, or removed at any time and are provided as-is without any commitment that they will become generally available.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable.

Waiver: No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition. Any failure by Logia Insights to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights or obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment or transfer in violation of this section shall be null and void. We may freely assign or transfer these Terms and our rights and obligations hereunder without restriction.

Relationship: Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Logia Insights. You are not authorized to bind Logia Insights in any way.

Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, or government actions.

14. Contact Information

If you have any questions, concerns, or complaints about these Terms of Service or the Service, please contact us:

We will make reasonable efforts to respond to your inquiries within a reasonable time frame.

If your organization needs a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) or wants our current named subprocessor list, see our Subprocessors and DPA Requests page.

Website Health

The following terms apply specifically to the Website Health product. They supplement the General Terms above.

15. Description of Service

Website Health provides automated website analysis tools that assess SEO, accessibility, performance, and security. Our reports identify issues and provide recommendations to help improve your website.

The Service includes:

  • Free single-URL website scans with basic analysis
  • Paid subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Enterprise) for advanced features
  • Multi-page website analysis (paid plans)
  • Competitor comparison analysis (paid plans)
  • Workspace collaboration with team members
  • Client-facing PDF and shared web reports with your workspace logo instead of default branding (Pro/Enterprise; CSV and emails not customized)
  • PDF and CSV report exports
  • In-app AI assistant to interpret reports and suggest fixes (Basic, Pro, and Enterprise)
  • Email notifications for report completion
  • Monthly automated website health reports (paid plans): scheduled or on-demand scans of multiple URLs via sitemap or crawl discovery, with combined reports and historical tracking
  • AI-powered insights and prioritized recommendations (Pro/Enterprise)
  • Advanced features including Core Web Vitals, rendered checks, AI insights, and security suite analysis (Pro/Enterprise)

Service Availability: The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance that temporarily interrupts service.

16. Data Storage and Retention

Information We Store: When you use Website Health, we collect and store the following information:

  • Contact information (name, email address, phone number, company name, location)
  • Website URLs you submit for analysis, including competitor URLs you add for comparison
  • Sitemap URLs, crawl settings, and configuration for monthly automated reports
  • Email addresses associated with report requests
  • Web assessment results, scores, and error reports

Report Storage: On-demand and single-URL reports are stored online for 90 days from the date of creation, regardless of subscription plan. Reports generated as part of monthly automated runs may be stored for a longer period or indefinitely while your paid subscription is active, as described in the Service. After 90 days (or after the applicable retention period for monthly report data), the online report link will expire and the report will no longer be accessible through our website. We recommend downloading and saving the PDF or CSV version of your report if you want to keep a permanent copy; downloaded files remain yours for as long as you keep them, subject to the continued operation of Logia Insights and the Service. In the event that Logia Insights ceases operations, shuts down, or discontinues the Service, all reports and data stored on our servers will no longer be accessible, and you will lose access to any reports you have not downloaded and saved locally.

Reports generated without signing in (guest / anonymous): If you run a Website Health check while not logged in, the resulting report is always a public link under our product rules: it is stored and delivered as a public report, and you cannot switch it to private until that report is associated with a workspace after you create an account, as described below. There is no separate “hidden” or password-only mode for guest reports at generation time.

How the link works: When the report is ready, we provide a unique web address (URL) that opens the report in a browser. That address includes a long, randomly generated identifier (for example, a UUID). The identifier is not derived from your email or website name in a way others could easily guess, and we do not publish a searchable directory or index of all guest report URLs on our website. In that sense, your report is not “discoverable” by browsing our site alone—someone generally needs the exact link you (or someone else) shares or saves. At the same time, the model is “anyone with the link can view”: if a person or system has the full URL, they can typically open and read the report while it remains available online (for example, during the applicable retention period, such as the 90-day online access period for single-URL reports described above). These guest report links are not password-protected by default.

Your responsibility: Treat the URL as sensitive if you do not want others to see your results. Anyone you send the link to—or anyone who obtains it through forwards, screenshots, browser history, shared devices, email headers, analytics, or similar channels—may be able to access the report. If you need workspace-level privacy controls (such as private reports for members only), you should create an account and use the Service within a workspace, where public vs. private settings apply as described below.

Report Privacy Settings: Reports can be set to either "Public" or "Private" by workspace administrators and superadministrators. The privacy setting determines who can access the report:

  • Public Reports: Anyone with the report URL can access and view the report content. Report URLs are unique and randomly generated, but they are not password-protected. By generating a public report, you acknowledge and agree that the report will be publicly accessible to anyone who has the link for the duration of the 90-day period. Public reports can be emailed to any email address.
  • Private Reports: Only members of the workspace that created the report can access and view the report. Private reports cannot be accessed by anonymous users or users outside the workspace, even if they have the report URL. Private reports cannot be emailed outside the workspace (except via PDF or CSV download). When a report is set to private, the "Email Report" feature is disabled to prevent sharing outside the workspace. You can choose to make a report private or public independently of whether you send it to additional email addresses.

Privacy Toggle: Workspace administrators and superadministrators can toggle the privacy setting of reports at any time using the privacy toggle located in the top-right corner of the report page. Changing a report from public to private will immediately restrict access to workspace members only. Changing a report from private to public will make it accessible to anyone with the URL.

Report Association with Accounts: If you create reports without an account (as an anonymous user) and later create an account, we will automatically associate those reports with your new account. This association is based on:

  • Email Matching: Reports created with the same email address you use to sign up will be linked to your account
  • Session Tracking: Reports created in the same browser session will be linked to your account when you sign up
  • Device Fingerprinting: Reports created from the same computer or device within the same calendar month may be linked to your account when you sign up. This uses a combination of session data, IP address, and browser information to identify the same device, which helps ensure reports you created before signing up are available in your account

This automatic association helps ensure continuity of your reports when you create an account. Reports created without an account are always set to "Public" and cannot be made private until they are associated with a workspace through account creation. If you do not want reports to be automatically associated with your account, you should create an account before generating reports.

Data Usage: We may use aggregated, anonymized assessment results and data for competitor comparison analysis, benchmarking, product improvement, and to improve our services for other customers. Individual identifying information (such as your name, email, or specific website URLs) will not be shared in these analyses without your explicit consent.

Anonymized Data Retention: When you delete a report (whether from the dashboard or an archived website), we retain certain anonymized, aggregate metrics from that report - including overall scores, section scores, issue counts by severity, category breakdowns, and scan volume statistics. This retained data contains no raw personally identifiable information: no user names, plaintext email addresses, organization names, website URLs, page content, or specific findings are retained. We may retain salted, one-way hashes of the email address, URL, or domain solely to deduplicate and report aggregate metrics; those hashes do not contain or reveal the original email address, URL, domain, page content, or findings. We use this anonymized data for internal analytics, benchmarking, service improvement, and may include it in anonymized, aggregated datasets. By using our Service, you consent to this retention of anonymized metrics after report deletion.

Data Retention: Even after free reports expire online, we retain the underlying data and results in our database for analytical and service improvement purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Paid subscribers' monthly report data is retained for the duration of the active subscription and any archive period. You may delete individual monthly reports at any time from the dashboard or archived website view; anonymized aggregate metrics will be retained as described above.

Website Limits: Each workspace subscription includes a website limit (number of websites that can be managed). Free plan workspaces have 0 active websites (all websites are archived); paid plans range from 1 to 100 websites depending on your plan and selected website count. You cannot exceed your website limit. To manage websites, you must subscribe to a paid plan; to add more, upgrade or increase your website count.

Archiving When Your Website Limit Decreases: If your plan's website limit decreases (for example, when you downgrade to the Free plan or reduce your selected website count), you must choose which websites to archive. On the Free plan, all websites are archived (0 active slots). Archived websites and their monthly report data remain viewable until you delete or restore them. You may restore (unarchive) a website when you have an available slot (e.g., after resubscribing). We are not liable for any loss of access to archived data beyond what we describe in the Service or in our documentation.

17. Subscription Plans and Payment

Free Tier: Single-URL scans are provided at no cost with no commitment. Free reports are available to all users without requiring a subscription or payment method. Free tier includes:

  • Single-URL website analysis (1 URL per report)
  • Up to 3 reports per day
  • Basic SEO and accessibility analysis
  • 0 active websites per workspace (all websites are archived on the Free plan; upgrade to a paid plan to add active websites)
  • 90-day report storage

Paid Plans: Subscription plans (Basic, Pro, and Enterprise) are billed monthly on a recurring basis in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle until you cancel. Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period.

Plan Features:

  • Basic Plan: Multi-page analysis (up to 100 URLs per scan), up to 100 reports per day, monthly automated reports, in-product AI Help, and up to 100 websites per workspace (based on website limit selection)
  • Pro Plan: All Basic features, plus your workspace logo on PDF and shared web reports (CSV and emails use default branding), advanced features (Core Web Vitals, rendered checks, AI insights), and up to 250 URLs per scan
  • Enterprise Plan: All Pro features, plus up to 1,000 URLs per scan, competitor and peer comparison reports, partial WCAG 2.1 AA coverage indicators, security suite, and priority support

Rate Limiting: Each plan has daily report generation limits to ensure fair usage and system stability. Free tier: 3 reports per day. Paid plans: 100 reports per day. Limits reset at midnight UTC. Attempts to exceed these limits will be blocked until the next day.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and debit cards through our payment processor, Stripe. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information. If payment fails, we may suspend or cancel your subscription after reasonable attempts to collect payment.

Billing Cycle: Your billing cycle begins on the date you subscribe and renews on the same date each month. For example, if you subscribe on January 15th, your next billing date will be February 15th, and so on.

Upgrades and Downgrades: You may upgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. When downgrading, you may be asked to provide feedback about your reasons for downgrading. If you downgrade, you may lose access to features available only on higher-tier plans.

Subscription Abuse and Gaming: You may not abuse or game the subscription system to gain temporary access to higher-tier features without paying the full subscription price. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Repeatedly downgrading to a lower plan and then upgrading to a higher plan at the end of a billing cycle to access premium features (such as full reports) for minimal cost
  • Creating a pattern of frequent plan changes designed to circumvent normal subscription pricing
  • Using subscription changes to gain temporary access to features you would not otherwise have access to under your normal subscription tier
  • Specifically, remaining on a Basic plan until the end of a billing month, then quickly upgrading to Enterprise to generate reports, and immediately downgrading back to Basic to avoid paying the full Enterprise subscription price
  • Consistently switching between subscription plans at least once per month for three or more consecutive months
  • Any other behavior that we determine, in our sole discretion, constitutes an attempt to game or abuse the subscription system

Automatic Detection and Enforcement: We employ automated systems to detect suspicious subscription behavior patterns, including but not limited to rapid plan changes, end-of-month upgrade patterns, and consistent monthly plan switching. Our system tracks subscription changes and associated IP addresses to identify potential abuse. All suspicious behavior is flagged for manual review by our administrators before any enforcement action is taken.

If we detect a pattern of subscription abuse or gaming, we reserve the right to:

  • Block your IP address from accessing the Service (after manual review and verification)
  • Restrict your ability to change subscription plans
  • Require you to maintain a subscription for a minimum period before allowing downgrades
  • Suspend or terminate your account
  • Refuse to provide refunds for any subscription fees paid
  • Take any other action we deem necessary to prevent abuse

IP Blocking: If your IP address is blocked due to suspicious subscription behavior, you will be unable to make subscription changes or access certain features of the Service. If you believe your IP address has been blocked in error, please contact our support team for assistance.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings → Plan & Billing, or by contacting support if you cannot access your account. We aim to provide a cancellation method that is at least as accessible as the method used to sign up, subject to reasonable account-verification steps where needed to protect your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to all paid features until the end of your billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, unused portions of your subscription, or after cancellation takes effect.

Resuming Cancelled Subscriptions: If you cancel your subscription but it has not yet ended (i.e., you're still within your paid billing period), you may resume your subscription to continue service beyond the cancellation date. Once your subscription has fully ended and you've been switched to the Free plan, you must select a new plan to resume paid service.

Refunds: We do not provide refunds for subscription fees except as required by law or as set out below. 30-day satisfaction review: If you are not satisfied with your report, you may request a refund within the first 30 days of your initial subscription. Refund approval is not automatic; we review requests in good faith based on usage patterns, time elapsed, services already delivered, whether the issue involved a service defect, and any applicable law. If a refund is approved, we will process it in accordance with our policy. Refunds are not available after the 30-day period except as required by law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund for any other reason, please contact support with details of your situation.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases via email to the address associated with your account. Price decreases may take effect immediately. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges imposed by your jurisdiction. Prices displayed are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.

18. Service Features and Limitations

Report Types: The Service provides different types of analysis depending on your subscription plan:

  • Single-URL Reports (All Plans): Analysis of a single URL, including SEO, accessibility, and basic performance metrics
  • Multi-Page Reports (Paid Plans): Analysis of multiple URLs (up to plan limit) with aggregated scores and comprehensive website-wide insights
  • Monthly Automated Reports (Paid Plans): Scheduled or on-demand scans of your website (URLs discovered via sitemap or crawling), with per-URL and combined reports, aggregated scores, and historical tracking
  • Competitor Reports (Enterprise): Comparison analysis of up to 5 configured competitor or peer websites, showing how your website compares across supported metrics. Non-Enterprise workspaces may save competitor settings so they are ready if the workspace later upgrades, but side-by-side competitor reports are an Enterprise feature.

Advanced Features (Pro/Enterprise Only): Certain features are available only on Pro and Enterprise plans:

  • Core Web Vitals: Performance metrics including Largest Contentful Paint (LCP), Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS), Interaction to Next Paint (INP), and Time to First Byte (TTFB)
  • Rendered Checks: Browser-rendered analysis that captures issues only visible after JavaScript execution
  • AI Insights: Automated recommendations and insights generated using artificial intelligence. AI insights are powered by third-party AI services (e.g., OpenAI). When we generate AI insights, we send relevant report data (such as issue summaries and website content excerpts) to these services for processing. Their privacy policies govern how they handle this data. We do not use your data to train AI models.
  • In-product AI Help: When offered, conversational assistance may be powered by third-party AI services (for example OpenAI and/or Google Gemini, depending on product configuration). Content you send in the help flow is transmitted to those services under their terms and privacy policies; see our Subprocessors and DPA Requests page for named providers.
  • Security Suite (Enterprise Only): Comprehensive SSL/TLS and security headers analysis
  • White-Label Reports: Reports without Website Health branding, suitable for sharing with clients

Monthly Automated Reports: Paid plan subscribers receive monthly automated website health reports. These reports automatically scan your website's pages (via sitemap or crawl discovery, up to the URL limit for your plan: Basic 100, Pro 250, Enterprise 1,000) and produce combined reports with aggregated scores, issue summaries, and historical tracking. You can run monthly reports on a schedule or on demand ("Run Now"). Monthly report data may be retained for the duration of your subscription as described in Section 16 (Data Storage and Retention). Free plan subscribers do not have access to monthly automated reports.

URL Validation and Security: For security reasons, we validate all URLs submitted for analysis. We block:

  • Private IP addresses (localhost, 127.0.0.1, 192.168.x.x, etc.)
  • Link-local and reserved IP addresses
  • Invalid or unresolvable hostnames

This validation prevents Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) attacks and ensures the Service is used only for analyzing publicly accessible websites. You may only submit URLs for websites you own or have explicit permission to analyze.

Export Functionality: Reports can be exported in PDF and CSV formats. PDF exports include comprehensive report data, charts, and visualizations. CSV exports include structured data suitable for spreadsheet analysis. Export functionality is available for all plans. On Pro and Enterprise plans, PDF and the shared web report replace default logos with your workspace logo where applicable, and CSV export filenames use your workspace name when available. Email sender infrastructure, reply-to addresses, and notification preference links remain Logia-managed.

Email Notifications: We send email notifications for report completion, report failures, subscription updates, and other account-related events. Email settings default to "on" for all notification types. If you wish to adjust which emails you receive, you must go to your account settings to update your preferences. We are not responsible for emails that are not delivered due to spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or other factors outside our control.

Methodology and Scoring: We continuously improve our analysis methodology, including the assessment criteria, weighting of factors, and scoring methods used in our reports. As a result, scores and other quantitative results may change over time. You may observe differences in scores or report outcomes when comparing reports generated at different times or after we update our methodology. We do not guarantee consistency of scores across report runs or product versions.

Translation Services: Our Service may provide translation functionality using third-party translation services, including but not limited to Google Translate. Translations are provided for convenience only and are generated by automated systems. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any translations provided through these services. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or misunderstandings that may arise from translated content, including but not limited to:

  • Inaccuracies in translation
  • Loss of meaning or context in translated text
  • Cultural or linguistic misunderstandings
  • Technical or legal terminology that may be incorrectly translated
  • Any consequences or damages resulting from reliance on translated content

If you have questions or concerns about translated content, we recommend reviewing the original English version of these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, or other documentation, or consulting with a qualified translator. The English version of all legal documents and terms shall prevail in the event of any conflict or discrepancy between translated versions and the original English text.

19. Support & Assistance

All plans include access to our support team via the contact form. We aim to respond to all inquiries within a reasonable timeframe. Enterprise plans include priority support with faster response times.

Scope: Support covers questions about your reports, account management, plan features, and general guidance on interpreting your website health data. Support does not include hands-on implementation, coding, or direct website modifications.

AI-Powered Insights: Pro and Enterprise plans include AI-powered analysis that automatically prioritizes issues and provides actionable recommendations based on your website's specific data. These insights are generated algorithmically and are advisory in nature.

20. Website Health Disclaimers

Partial WCAG 2.1 AA Coverage Indicators - Legal Compliance Notice: Website Health provides partial, automated WCAG 2.1 AA coverage indicators as part of certain subscription plans (Enterprise plan). IMPORTANT: Our WCAG-based checks must not be used as the sole tool or basis for legal, regulatory, or compliance purposes. There are inherent limitations to the way we perform these checks: our assessments are automated, may not cover all WCAG criteria or all content on your website, and do not constitute a formal conformance evaluation or legal opinion. A complete WCAG conformance evaluation for legal compliance requires manual expert review in addition to automated testing.

While our automated assessments can identify many accessibility issues and provide valuable insights, they cannot replace:

  • Manual accessibility audits conducted by qualified accessibility experts
  • User testing with individuals who have disabilities
  • Comprehensive legal compliance reviews for accessibility requirements
  • Official WCAG conformance certifications or statements

If you require a legally defensible accessibility evaluation or WCAG conformance statement, you must engage qualified accessibility professionals to conduct a comprehensive manual review. Our automated assessments are intended to assist in identifying potential issues and should be used as part of a broader accessibility strategy, not as the sole basis for legal compliance claims.

By using our Partial WCAG coverage indicator features, you acknowledge and agree that you understand these limitations, will not rely solely on our automated reports for legal or compliance purposes, and accept that our methodology has limitations (including but not limited to automated scope, sampling, and tooling) that may affect the completeness or suitability of results for legal use.

Issue thumbnails and visual captures: On paid plans (Basic, Pro, and Enterprise), reports may include small images ("thumbnails" or similar visual captures) for certain findings when our automated scan successfully records them during that report run. We do not guarantee that a thumbnail or capture will be produced, stored, or shown for every eligible issue, URL, or scan. Capture may fail or be skipped because of bot protection, firewalls, authentication or cookie walls, timeouts, lazy-loaded or dynamic content, rate limiting, third-party blocking, resource limits, or other technical factors. The absence of a thumbnail does not mean an issue does not exist. Reports and findings remain valid without thumbnails.

AI Help: Optional AI Help (conversational assistant) uses third-party LLM providers, as described in Section 7 — AI and third-party language models. AI Help is for general guidance only. We do not warrant responses. Do not use AI Help as a substitute for professional advice or for handling emergency or high-risk decisions. Do not share sensitive information in your messages (see Section 7). Your use of AI Help constitutes acceptance of those disclaimers.
